Safety Management Consulting  

Helping small/large public entities and private businesses evaluate workplace safety and health management, and property liability conditions and programs is our mission.  We seek to identify shared safety-related interests within the organization and work collaboratively within the organization to assist you in your efforts to prevent occupational injuries/illnesses and property liability claims, reduce exposures to such problems, and comply with applicable OSHA, Cal-OSHA and workers’ compensation requirements.  

Loss Control

Controlling losses in today’s complex working environments require that consultants approach problem solving through the application of multiple disciplines. With years of experience in business administration, manufacturing, engineering, production and public agency environments, and training and experience in safety-related disciplines, we bring all these experiences into play when finding ways to help control losses. 

Regulatory Compliance

Current access to OSHA and Cal-OSHA regulations on the internet plus receiving regular safety-related publications keeps us current with existing, new and proposed legislation.

Evaluations

On-site evaluations of programs and the identification of potential hazards with respect to occupational safety and property liability are an integral part of our activities. We have successfully completed over 250 such evaluations, which include the use of an extensive program questionnaire and detailed site survey analysis.  Everything about what we do is geared toward matching your organizational style and culture, and providing you with encouraging and practical suggestions.

Customized Safety Programs 

Based on an extensive array of computerized model programs, we work with clients either on site or remotely to develop and/or improve safety programs.
